FEES ARE OF FOUR TYPES
1. The discounted rate. This amount is discounted from the regular, reduced monthly amount. It is for seasonal or rare offers.
2. The reduced rate. This is the standard or regular amount, it is reduced from the PAYG amount. This is due on or by the first (1st) of each month.
3. The Pay As You Go (PAYG) rate. This amount is for all non-monthly payments, one-off assessments, and daily/weekly lessons, as and when you want to pay for them. This payment is normally due no later than one (1) day before your lesson is due to start.
4. The delayed payment rate: This amount is normally for organizations and schools that pay in arrears. This amount is a higher PAYG rate.
HOW WE DECIDE AN AMOUNT:
The more information you provide in advance or by filling in the application form, the quicker and easier it is to decide. We look at and ask whether:

1. You are an individual/family, group, organisation or school?
2. You are looking for online lessons, home tuition, exam prep, examiner, translator or other support?
3. If you are interested in one of the Arabic lessons we look to see whether it is for (a) basic/Key stage 3 & Quranic foundation, (b) intermediate/GCSE/Quranic intermediate or (c) advanced/A’ Level & University/Quranic higher grammar?
4. How many lessons per week or month?
5. How long do you want each individual lessons to last, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes?
6. Whether the payment will be daily, weekly, a one-off or monthly etc?
7. How you will be making payment for lessons, via PayPal, direct payment to our bank account, cash payment or cheque?
8. Is your lesson for a weekday or weekend?
9. Is it the beginning of the term (Sept-Dec) or an exam season (Jan-May) or Summer (June-Aug)? This is referred to as seasonal pricing.
10. How busy are we? This may sometimes affect the cost of lessons but do email us for confirmation.

How to start receiving lessons.
1. Fill out the application form on the registration page or answer all of the questions above and email us.
2. If you would like to take an assessment first you can do this before starting with lessons. Note: assessments are usually charged at the PAYG/one-off rate.
3. If you are giving us a call please be mindful that:
(a) we are teachers and tutors who are often in lesson/s.
(b) We may also have other commitments to attend to, so it may not always be possible to get to your call in-time.
(c) Sometimes a phone call can last longer or shorter than it really should and vital information may still be missed.
(d) Text messages or messages via our social media are also ok but please bear in mind that there is only so much information that we can type in a textbox area so you may end up with a link back to this page or another.
